使用clb是因为nacos与应用服务不在一个k8s集群,故使用clb暴露端口，提供服务，也可以通过多集群网关提供服务。
cnfs及rds均为已创建的实例
测试缩容后，nacos-2节点会在页面中显示DOWN,扩容后恢复正常。
