+ add extension to convert alpha code 2 to alpha code 3 and vice versa
+ add extension to get countries by region or sub region
+ create subdivision project + create subdivision interfaces (info, translation, provider) ~ implement subdivision interfaces + generate subdivision infos + generate subdivision translations
+ generate subdivisions for germany ~ add missing translation initilization
~ order subdivision codes ~ assign subdivision code fixed values
~ increase all subdivsion ids by 1

correct - i will add more subdivision of european countries but for now this is what we use for our related project |

Hey, because of compatibility problems with our localization system and to reduce external dependencies, we decided drop the subdivision idea as separate project. So im closing this PR and the associated issue |
