When a holiday falls on the weekend, it gets moved to the beginning of the next week. But it looks weird when 'January 2nd' falls on January 4th. In the case of such holidays, can they keep their original date, and have the day off marked as a "substitute" or "observed"?

Hi, at https://date.nager.at/api/v3/PublicHolidays/2028/GB for example:

'New Year's Day' on 2028-01-03 - but holiday is on 2028-01-01 and day off work 2028-01-03 is marked (as observed in case below)
'2 January' on 2028-01-04 - january 2 is moved and marked as "substitute"

Christmas and Boxing Days 2027 are at fixed date, but day off work is marked as "substitute bank holiday"

I feel holidays should stay in orginal place, and in case of moving them it should be marked as "(substitute)"
