Brings back the
masp_fee_paymentfield ofWrapperTransactionResultthat was removed in #424. This field is now just the optional hash of the inner tx instead of being an instance ofShortInnerTransactionto avoid duplicated data in the response.Also removes from the README file the instructions to populate the db for testing purposes as this is not supported anymore
