visualization for entropy?

Hi again,

I am curious to know if there is a recommended way to visualize entropy? Localise has its --chart flag, and (maybe I'm missing something) but wonder why there is not a --chart flag for entropy?

What I've done is use the bedGraph files directly, or parse them into python and make my own plots depending on the experiment.

Are you thinking maybe something the localize chart but for the entropy signal? There isn't anything like that right now, but I'm working on improving the entropy command - so I'll consider adding something like that.
