Description

This change modifies what position Worldview chooses on startup of a new session, based on the time of day, to be in-line with the NOAA-20 Corrected Reflectance product. Since this product's imagery is delayed compared to our current default imagery, we position the view window further west comparatively.

This should only be merged in if we are making the NOAA-20 Corrected Reflectance layer a shown-by-default layer

How To Test

  1. git checkout wv-3709-noaa-20-edge-startup
  2. npm ci
  3. npm run build
  4. npm run watch
  5. Open a fresh instance of Worldview
  6. Verify that the default un-hidden product is the NOAA-20 Corrected Reflectance layer
  7. Verify that the imagery fills a good portion of the default view window, similar to the proportion shown when loading Prod
  8. Verify this holds true at different times of day

Could you also set the NOAA-20 layer to be the default on load? not sure where this is set.

@minniewong I have swapped which layer is shown by default per your comment
