Print the node's current clock configuration on a single line: utcdelta, clockerr, clocksync, ctime and systime. Document the new command in ionrc.pod.

IMHO since already the clock setting is exposed over ionadmin it makes sense to also expose getting the clocks current data over it, too. see also following example, which makes use of this new feature: |
