chore: cleaning up lazysizes and swiper configs

Description

• removes lazysizes from all packages, as we do not use this anymore
• fixes swiperOptions for MixinCarousel to init correctly in vanilla JS

Instructions to test

1. make html -- scroll to the bottom and make sure the carousel works
2. make vue-storybook text MixinCarousel and make sure it still works
