The ROS 2 tutorial contains grammatical errors, such as "That information is be provided" and "There variable input_value can be used". It should be free from grammatical errors. This commit fix existing grammatical errors in the ROS 2 tutorial.

Fix existing grammatical errors in ROS 2 tutorial, as prescribed in the solution proposed for #341.
