Modified GeneralTopologyContext.toJSONString so that it write out the sources and targets of all bolts and spouts.

Added the componentId of a ShellProcess to the setupInfo passed to the subprocess, and changed storm.py so that the componentId is extracted from setupInfo in initComponent.
