Addresses Issue 30 (feature request) to add video output -- Note that I didn't introduce a new flag, so this is done with the "save" flag.
This PR also changes the default name of the object paths file to use the same date/time format in the filename (originally from Brian Costanza - @TravelByRocket in his fork - https://github.com/TravelByRocket/bikestreets-umt)
This PR also fixes a small tab/space inconsistency.
