feature: Add initialized device serial number and cmc key

This can be handy where a device has already been initialized and you have your cmc key in hand.

i tried to initialize the sandbox, but i got stuck on the cmc key and sales_control_unit_id , how are these generated. Also, i am from Zambia and we are using the similar integration, with only a few differences in the routes, tax code, bhfId ( which in our case uses 000 instead of 00) and tin( where we use tpin) can i be assisted to modify the code, will greatly appreciate.

• "cmc key, is returned by eTIMS on registering the device. and sales_control_unit_id" this you get from KRA/eTIMS team, in the case of Kenya.
