새로 추가한 flicking state api로 인해 umd 빌드에서 오류가 발생

react, vue, vue3의 index.umd.ts 에서는 default export만 허용하도록 설정되어 있으므로 이를 반영하여 flicking state api의 export 방식을 수정하였습니다.
