Opsjon for å kjøre Flyway etter at applikasjon er oppe:
nav.db.synkron_migrering. Dersom satt ikke satt, ellerfalse, vil den oppføre seg som vanlig. Hvistrueblir det planlagt migrering i en oppstartsjobb som begynner umiddelbart.
