renovateによるlock file maintenanceで、NixOS-WSL (nix-community/NixOS-WSL) のflake input revを cde3467 から 3e6d8af へ更新する変更です。
範囲内のコミットを調査しましたが、破壊的変更や注意すべき機能変更はありません。内訳はWSL tarball生成時のみ影響するチャンネル追加処理の条件分岐 (nix-community/NixOS-WSL#1051、デフォルト挙動は不変)、ドキュメント修正、CIワークフロー更新、NixOS-WSL内部のRust crate/lock fileメンテナンスです。
