This PR removes the ZooKeeper dependency from our Kafka deployment, as Kafka is now running in KRaft mode (Kafka Raft metadata quorum).
What changed
• Removed all ZooKeeper-related components and configuration
• Updated Kafka configuration to use KRaft controllers for metadata management
