how to use in neoeedit

• run neoeedit once
• goto C:\Users\<your-user>\.neoeedit\
• make dir plugins, then copy neoeime.jar into
• restart neoeedit, press ctrl-SPACE to switch IMEs

cp dist/neoeime.jar ~/.neoeedit/plugins/
