Authenticates and then searches Web of Science using a CSV list of queries.

Search can be either for all papers acknowledging a particular grant number, or for particular papers identified by DOI.

Output options are a CSV file with data on papers from search results, or a CSV file with data aggregated on the grants cited in papers.
