The file HLAirshipsCore-7.0.1.6.addendum.1.zip adds two AirshipCaps, matching the Octo and Hecto envelopes, so you don't need to rely on TweakScale as a hard requirement to use them. All 3 Caps now have buoyancy too, somewhat important on the bigger ones as they get pretty heavy!

These parts are still "experimental", I kinda did them on a hurry and barely tested them. Feedback are welcome.

Additionally...

The file HLAirshipsCore-7.0.1.6.debug.zip is the same code, but compiled in debug mode with some additional visual cues about how HLA works. These cues didn't made into Release because I pretty sure they will cause more confusion than anything, but it may be of the interest of some hardcore blimpers. 😃

Unzip the debug contents, replacing the release DLLs. You can always restore the original ones by unzipping the official release package again.

After installing the package, you need to manually unzip the HotPatch-001 into you KSP Folder, replacing any existing files. If you are not prompted about replacing an existing files, abort as you are unzipping the thingy into the wrong place! :)

You need (temporarily) to install the latest (beta of) KSPe in order to have this release working on your rig:
