Fixes a nil-pointer panic when generating the debug bundle by handling cases where the service is down and the status recorder is unavailable.
- Add a nil check for statusRecorder in addWgShow
- Return an explicit error instead of dereferencing a nil statusRecorder

Prefer errors.New when no formatting is needed to avoid unnecessary fmt usage. Consider: return errors.New("no status recorder available for wg show").
