This pull request includes updates to the
community-tutorials/install-baikal-on-webhosting/02-de.mdfile to reflect changes in the installation process for Baikal. The most important changes include updating the Baikal version (to version 0.10.1), modifying the subdomain setup instructions, and correcting the subdomain URL for initial configuration.
