Reuse the recoverable retry wait path for auto-compaction completions that request a retry, so context maintenance is cleared by the existing deferred completion fallback when no follow-up stream arrives. Add regression coverage for a completed compaction retry that never resumes, preventing the UI from staying stuck in the organizing-context state.
