feat(cowork): add minimizable permission prompts

• Add minimize/restore support for Cowork permission prompts and show a compact awaiting-confirmation bar above the input.
• Scope minimized prompts and sidebar pending badges to the owning session.
• Carry AskUser sessionKey through the OpenClaw extension and MCP bridge so prompts remain attached to the source session after switching conversations.
