Organization of neuropeptide systems in the human brain

This is the supporting code for the above publication, now published on Nature Neuroscience.

code

We provide code to replicate all analyses in the manuscript. The scripts are ordered according to their figures, i.e. the code for Fig. 1 is 1_plot_brainmaps.py, etc.

data

All the pertaining data for this project is hosted on OSF. Instructions for how to download are found in the data folder.
