First release with the Go 1.26 floor; this module already builds with go 1.26, so nothing else changes. Build, vet, golangci-lint and the race suite (14 packages) green. Part of the release train: go-cron v0.16.0 is the first release with the Go 1.26 floor; this module already builds with go 1.26, so only the version moves. Build, vet, golangci-lint (0 issues) and the race suite (14 packages) green locally under go1.27.0.
