Summary

  • adds the deterministic Rust core, shared schemas, fixtures, and Flutter bridge
  • builds the Flutter phone dashboard and compact Wear OS application
  • implements phone-to-watch Data Layer sync and its acceptance tooling
  • adds the static Watch Face Format surface
  • configures Android tooling, validation, and pull-request CI
  • defines the initial OpenAI reporting and capability contract

Status

Completes phases 0–6 and starts phase 7. The next step is secure credential storage, live OpenAI transport, and Rust response normalization.
