Convert logo to JPEG becuse PyPI doesn't render SVG images

The README uploaded on PyPI doesn't support white/dark switching options.

Two READMEs have been created: one for the GITHUB repository, which auto-switches the logo colors based on the theme, and the other README_PYPI.md, used only for the PyPI upload.
