Avoid choosing between white/dark logo on pypi which always render light theme

The README uploaded on PyPI doesn't support white/dark switching options. Two READMEs have been created: one for the GITHUB repository, which auto-switches the logo colors based on the theme, and the other README_PYPI.md, used only for the PyPI upload. |
