adds the Solar Assembly Flatpack to the Solar Research

Why / Balance

having the Solar Research not give you any way to actually make Solar pannels is extremely missleading, and it makes solars and even rarer source of power than it already is, having it be obtainable in another way that isn't through TM would make it more used i think!

Technical details

added the Solar Assembly Flatpack to the research tree, blueprints, and circuit imprinter's Pack, not sure if i should move it to the protolathe's Pack or not

How to test

spawn in FO
spawn research server and research console
spawn some research disks
insert in server then research solars after high capacity cells
spawn in circuit imprinter and see the Solar Assembly Flatpacker
spawn blueprint lithographe and paper crate
print solar research blueprint and see the solar Assembly Flatpack within it

that doesn't seem to be a good reason as to why it shouldn't be craftable; forcing people to go to trademall to make use of the solar research they went through the trouble of getting is silly.

i wanted to use solar power on my pulsar so i researched solars, so i should be able to make a solar array myself, is that really so weird?

and the flatpack vendor sells 1 solar pannel last i tried it, not sure on that though, probably should be removed to avoid people spam clicking and overpaying just because they don't know about the cargo pack (i didn't for a long while)

This is a good idea. I like this. It does indeed not make sense to be able to unlock everything solar-related except solar panel themselves. Especially when the engifab can print them without research!
