About the PR
Minor error in my previous code, pointed out to me courtesy of Duran working through their merge conflicts.
Why / Balance
Because even if it works without it fixing it anyways is probably a good idea.
Technical details
Added two lines for uplink-security-drozd-name and uplink-security-drozd-desc.
How to test
Obtain uplink as Bailiff/Sheriff.
Observe that the Drozd has an updated entry.
