made the janitor's button that opens the NFSD Outpost's jani room windoor hold the door open

Why / Balance

it's a sick thing to try and capture these poor poor janitors in such a closed off space! and for helping the NFSD get more materials?? for shame!

Technical details

linked the button to the windoor's Hold door open port

How to test

spawn on NFSD as sergeant
open reclaimer's windoor normally
see it close normally
try to open jani button, fail
switch sergeant Pda with janitor PDA
open button then click it
stand by for 15s, watch windoor stay open
reclaim collected trash, leave reclaimer room, then press button!
