Soundfont Fix from Upstream

About the PR

Replaced the previously used "trimmed" soundfont with the full version of GeneralUser.sf2. Also updates the secondary upstream soundfont which fixes a couple minor instrument bugs. Pulled from the following PRs:

• Fix custom MIDI instruments sounding incorrect; add two more microphone instrument options space-wizards/space-station-14#39210
• Change GeneralUser-GS soundfont to be full version space-wizards/space-station-14#40888

Why / Balance

Absolutely critical to the continued survival of the Frontier. The people cannot take poor quality music any longer.

Technical details

• Replaced soundfont files with latest upstream versions
• Merged YML from 39210, which edits the soundbank mapping for several instruments

How to test

• Ensure you do not currently have any soundfont replacements in your launcher data folder.
• Play a bunch of MIDI files with and without the changes, see how they compare. Difference is most noticeable with the DAW.
• Attached is the .mid file for "Oldschool Runescape - Autumn Voyage", which in the broken soundfont, is filled with strange quack-like vocalizations when played on the DAW. Observe that in the fixed soundfont, this does not occur.

• Sing into the microphone. Select the "waa" instrument. Experience pure joy as you embrace your inner scurret.
