Removes some remnants of stationside gameplay in descriptions

About the PR

This is my biggest PR yet, with the goal of removing some upstream references to stationside gameplay

I only left one mention (I believe) of a station records computer in the rules. I'd rather not touch those without being explicitly asked to so until then I'll just leave it for someone else to change

This PR feels much bigger than it actually is to me because I'm creating a lot of FTL files and thus directories to do things the "proper way" as detailed here:

I also (hopefully correctly?) reverted some relevant lines of Frontier-specific console description/name changes to do things via FTL instead. Namely the expeditions computer

Apparently I also changed the request computers description. I've been sitting on this PR a while and this was originally meant to also catch some other typofixes (like a lowercase "central command" in this instance). Tell me if I should undo this because I'm lazy
"Used to purchase supplies in from central command. # Frontier" to "Used to purchase supplies from outside the sector."

Tell me if I missed anything or if you know about any lingering references to stationside gameplay

Remnants of stationside gameplay should probably be removed

How to test

1. Look at the files I changed and try to look at them ingame. The lines in the FTL files have their IDs. Check names and descriptions
2. Make sure I didn't accidentally create "yml" files instead of "ftl" files
