Worked a treat in testing. Standard, with voucher, mothership.
Seems reasonable. Seems useful. Need someone to make sure the C# isn't noodles.

Added sort by name/price options to the shipyard menu. By default it sorts by name.

I like comparing my ships by price :)
Technical details
Adds a VesselSortBy enum to ShipyardConsoleMenu.xaml.cs and a button for sorting ships.
How to test
Go to any shipyard console, the button will appear on the top right side of the console
