Change the Trading Outpost sell value to 1 times appraisal instead of 0.75 appraisal

Why / Balance

Selling a ship as a whole without any extra effort sells at 0.95 times appraisal.
With this change its slightly better then selling all at once but still worse then trade malls 1.25

Go to Cargo Ouposts and see that they all now sell at 1 times appraisal

Do people actually still sell things to Cargo Depots other than cargo crates? And.... Why? It's not any more difficult to just sell off everything at Trade Mall when you're done, right?

Even with this change there is not much reason to sell at the cargo depos. Most that will sell there are greenhorns that dont know any better and punishing them with the low sell value if they could have just sold the entire ship at a once on any console.

This is something I myself have done once accidentally when I was rather green. Wanted to sell all my mats at TM but saw there was a end of shift jam at the cargo bays. So I went to the cargo depos to sell my mats fully aware that the depos would sell at a lower price than Trade. Tho I was unaware that selling the ship as a whole would have been a better option.

There have been a couple of times where I've been passing nearby to a depot while doing salvage and thought "it would be nice if I could unload some of this junk off my ship without flying all the way to TM". It might not be a common occurrence, but, I don't really see a reason why doing so should be punished with such a steep price reduction. Good change.

Yea, there's really no reason for the price at the Cargo Depot to be lower than if you just leave it on your ship and sell your ship =P. Also, this would make it so that there's at least a place that sells at the value of the appraisal tool.
One area where I'd recommend testing, is if this affects the sale value of Cargo Crates! I don't think it should, but it's one of the areas I could foresee unexpected behaviour if there is any.
