Superseded by #24369, which bumps the direct runtime dep sequelize from ^6.21.3 to ^6.37.8 in package.json (consolidates this and ~33 other Dependabot security alerts into one PR).

Once #24369 merges and Dependabot rescans, alert #276 (CVE-2026-30951) will close automatically.
