chore(.net agent): Updating latest supported framework versions

Updates the .NET agent compatibility & requirements docs to match the latest verified package versions from the 2026-May-01 Dotty PR (newrelic/newrelic-dotnet-agent#3556).

Updated versions

Both sections (.NET Core and .NET Framework):

• Microsoft.Azure.Cosmos: 3.58.0 → 3.59.0
• Microsoft.Data.SqlClient: 7.0.0 → 7.0.1
• MongoDB.Driver: 3.7.1 → 3.8.0
• AWSSDK.BedrockRuntime: 4.0.17.3 → 4.0.17.5
• log4net: 3.3.0 → 3.3.1
• Microsoft.Extensions.Logging: 10.0.6 → 10.0.7

.NET Core section only:

• NServiceBus: 10.1.2 → 10.1.4 (Framework remains at 8.2.4)

MySql.Data was held at 9.6.0 pending an agent instrumentation fix for 9.7.0.
