feat: update Databricks cluster entity definition and add Databricks workspace definition

Adds:

• Added entity definition, dashboard, golden metrics, summary metrics, and tests for a Databricks workspace entity
• Added tests for a Databricks cluster entity

Updates:

• Updated the Databricks cluster entity definition to account for changes to the v4+ version of the Databricks integration
• Updated the dashboard, golden metrics, and summary metrics to use the new v4+ events
