What this PR does / why we need it:
In order to properly collect host metrics for OKE clusters (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure's Oracle Kubernetes Engine), we need to update the version of the nrdot-collector-k8s image to a newer version that includes support for the "oraclecloud" resourcedetection/cloudproviders detector. Detection should be automatic once this change is merged & released.
