This PR removes the support for setting agents with the cli and everything related to the migration

It changes the pipeline to point to a feature branch

There is a test failing due to the -host suffix in nrdot that is being fix

There is a test failing due to the -host suffix in nrdot that is being fix

All version were fixed but the latest. I don't know which tests failed. Just a heads up in case we need to do some modification to the test. I see it's not failing anymore, and I don't know if we should test against the latest version.
