feat: update Databricks quickstart to reflect changes in latest version of integration

Summary

This PR updates the Databricks quickstart to reflect the changes in the latest version of the integration. It includes the following.

Adds:

• Databricks Job runs dashboard and screenshots
• Databricks Pipeline update metrics dashboard and screenshots
• Databricks query metrics dashboard and screenshots
• Databricks cluster health dashboard and screenshots
• Databricks consumption and cost dashboard and screenshots

Updates:

• Updates to the data-sources/databricks/config.yml description and repository link
• Updates the dashboards/databricks-spark/databricks-spark.yml to the latest pre-built dashboard that comes with the integration
• Replace dashboards/databricks-spark screenshots with the screenshots from the latest pre-built dashboard that comes with the integration and removed an out-dated one
• Updates to the quickstarts/databricks/config.yml title, description, summary, documentation, and dashboards
