Summary

describe Dockside as bundling OpenVSCode Server and Theia alongside SSH and VS Code-over-SSH workflows
update the feature list, upgrading guidance, and extensions notes to refer to the broader Dockside IDE bundle
add a short note explaining browser IDE, Remote SSH, and plain SSH usage options
