Feature Description

Provide a report of quantitative converter performance using a stable, well maintained, open source dataset of URDF robots

Note this is about the conversion process, not about runtime performance of the converter output data.

This is not a persistant/recorded/logged benchmarking system, it is a one-time report.

It should be optionally generated in CI workflows like we have in https://github.com/newton-physics/mujoco-usd-converter
