Convert OBJ Meshes to USD

New Feature

Feature Description

The URDF Xml object will refer to OBJ files by path. We need to locate & parse these files into UsdGeomMesh using tinyobjloader

Do not convert sidecar MTL materials for now, we can do that later at lower priority.
