Idea for Makefile was taken from this PR: https://github.com/nextcloud/talk_bot_ai/pull/6/files#diff-76ed074a9305c04054cdebb9e9aad2d818052b07091de1f20cad0bbac34ffb52
all ExApps stuff was moved to ex_app folder (idea from Flow and Visionatrix ExApps)
many other fixes that have accumulated over ~six months

missing: using new logs stuff that is already used in Flow ExApp, in future we need to add to this skeleton
