This PR adds options to backup Nextcloud instance to different Restic supported cloud locations.
Currently script has support for:
Tested working with Azure and Backblaze, as I have access to those two environments.
Script has logging, error handling and hopefully clear instuctions how to set it up.
Also has options to only backup the config + DB or config + DB + /mnt/ncdata.
Fixes #2583
