This page acts as the splash page when visiting data.nextstrain.org (or https://nextstrain-data.s3-website-us-east-1.amazonaws.com/). The nextstrain-data bucket is set to serve a top-level index.html [1] File originally created by claude (Opus 4.6) to look like the main nextstrain.org splash page. Since the file's already uploaded I'll merge this in a day or so. Changes welcome - easy to re-upload to the bucket :)
