This PR updates the next.config.js file to include several enhancements and custom configurations to improve the performance and flexibility of our Next.js application. The changes include:

1. SWC Minification: Enabled SWC minification for faster build times and smaller bundle sizes.
2. Environment Variables: Added support for custom environment variables to be exposed to the client-side code.
3. Custom Webpack Configuration: Implemented a custom webpack configuration to handle specific loaders or plugins as needed.
