bianca is one of the cluster on uppmax

Good catch, but here I think the change is correct - as Maxime mentions, bianca is a cluster at UPPMAX. Since a while back, uppmax also has a multi-file config profile with other clusters having config in e.g. conf/uppmax/pelle.config that's included if that's the right one, with bianca having the default role for now.
