I think I found a way of keeping the pip dependencies by switching the build-template, but unfortunately I ran then into other hurdles on the way... but I will keep working on this. Since the conda containers are working (see passing tests) and listed in the |

added the local conda lock files and udpate meta.yml with nf-core/tools#3954 and new configs generated with nf-core/tools#3955
