Update to FORCE version v3.10.04

This PR aims to update all parts of the pipeline to the newest version of the underlying tool FORCE.
The changes primarily include the addition of new parameters for core processing modules, adopting the nf-test result checks to the new output structure, and the corresponding docs updates
